Delivery and Returns
We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Our warehouse is in Asia, and whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
If you're not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.
When making the purchase on our website the payment is charged in USD.
Our product comes with a 30 day refund period after the product has arrived. If you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your case will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your case does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your case has not been dispatched.
